Format for various categories

Over 40s & 50s

12 teams divided into 3 groups containing 4 teams each

Round robin play for each group (3 matches per team)

Top 2 from each group plus 2 best 3rd place teams advance to

Quartefinal

Remaining 4 teams go to plate semi final

Winner of quarter finals games go to semis in main competition

Winner of semis go to finals

Loser of semis go into 3rd place game

Each team plays each other twice

1 @ game on Friday for each team

2 @ games on Saturday for each team to end first round

2 @ games on Sunday for each team in second round
